Frothy Monkey is hiring a Kitchen Manager for our Homewood Alabama location! 

We are looking for a skilled leader with experience managing high-volume kitchens with 3 meal-parts. We use fresh, quality ingredients to prepare original food and drink, served in a cozy and approachable atmosphere. We focus on an exceptional breakfast through dinner experience for our guests, 7 days a week, 363 days a year.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Kitchen Management in a high-volume, from-scratch kitchen.
• Ability to track and effectively manage cost of goods and services.
• Track record of development of staff
• Excellent time management and organizational skills 

Responsibilities:

• A proven ability to mentor, motivate, and guide a team to success
• Effectively build trust with team members and management by providing clear and honest communication and feedback
• Responsible for directing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
• Monitor quality standards for preparation, presentation, and sanitation
• Partner with the General Manager on staff scheduling and labor control
• Promote consistent adherence to recipes and portion guidelines 
• Conduct regular food quality and presentation checks to maintain high standards
• Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas
• Managing inventory, controlling costs, and driving profitability
• Uphold all local, state, and federal regulations, including food safety and health codes.
