Field Service Coffee Technician

Nashville, TN
Full Time
Mid Level

We have an opening for a Field Service Coffee Technician to service our cafes, wholesale customers, and third-party providers out of our Nashville facility.

This position is considered entry level and offers on-the-job training, but if you have prior experience in this field or similar fields, you are definitely encouraged to apply.

Our technician’s role is pretty similar to an HVAC tech - but for coffee. You will install, diagnose and repair a variety of commercial coffee & espresso machines, inside our shop as well as on-site at locations across the state (and neighboring states periodically).
A company vehicle and tools are provided if needed.
Uniforms are not provided and are not required, but some sites may require personal signage. Just presentable attire, no shorts or holes in anything, no jewelry for safety reasons. Boots or non-slip shoes are recommended. Long sleeves are recommended to avoid cuts and burns.

Our first priority is to make sure this is going to be a comfortable fit for you, so we can build a stable and reliable relationship together; our field has a consistent high demand for service, so the first thing you need to know is you’ll likely spend 4 hours a day in a car, sometimes more.
Be very honest with yourself and us about whether that’s sustainable for you, because it can be extremely challenging on mental health for some personalities, and we don’t wish that on anyone.
Aside from that, if you’re curiosity driven, tend to keep busy with tasks and you enjoy a good challenge, then this could be an ideal position for you.
